  本系统是在引进德国先进技术和化工主剂的基础上，利用无机矿物填料，自主研发的、具有自主知识产权的新型外保温体系。该体系将传统的膨胀聚苯板薄抹灰技术与自重轻、耐候性强、防水透汽性好的柔性面砖相结合，无需锚固，安全美观。柔性面砖 是外墙涂料、瓷砖最佳的替代材料，是建筑装饰材料的一次革新，耐老化、永不褪色，使用年限可达三十年以上。该系统适用于混凝土、砌块等各种新建墙体的建筑节能以及既有建筑的节能改造。

Based on chemicals and advanced German technique, this system is developed independently by Beijing Jianxing New Building Material R&D Centre with independent intellectual property rights. As a new type of external thermal insulation system, it integrates traditional external thermal insulation technique with light-weight, weatherproof and ventilative flex finish tile, no need for anchoring. As a best substitute for painting and tile, flex finish tile is aging-resistant, color-fast and has a shelflife of over 30 years. It is perfect for energy saving of newly built walls made of concrete and bricking-ups, and for upgrading energy saving system of old buildings.

施工工艺

●有网构造： 基墙处理→粘贴聚苯板→ 涂抹聚合物外保温专用砂浆、铺压玻纤网格布 →将柔性面砖胶粘剂刮成梳形→粘贴柔性面砖→采用专用工具描缝

●无网构造： 基墙处理→粘贴聚苯板→ 涂抹高弹聚合物专用砂浆、铺压玻纤网格布 →将柔性面砖粘结砂浆刮成梳形→粘贴柔性面砖→采用专用工具描缝

  Procedure

● Structure with mesh : prepare substrate---stick EPS board---apply special polymer mortar for external thermal insulation system and press into glass fibre mesh---scrape adhesive mortar for flex finish tile into comb-shaped---stick flex finish tile---fill joints with specialized tools.

● Structure without mesh: prepare substrate---stick expanded polystyrene board---apply special polymer mortar---scrape adhesive mortar for flex finish tile into comb-shaped---stick flex finish tile---fill joints with specialized tools.
