TDL External Thermal Insulation Rendering System made of mortar with mineral binder and using expanded polystyrene granule as aggregate
本体系执行 JG158-2004 标准,采用现场抹灰成型保温层做法,为无空腔系统。保温层面层采用柔性抗裂砂浆复合耐碱玻纤网(涂料、彩色砂浆或柔性面砖饰面)或热镀锌四角钢丝网(瓷质面砖饰面)构成抗裂防护层。彩色砂浆或柔性面砖 适用于本体系的建筑面层装饰,用以替代涂料或瓷质面砖;当 饰面为涂料时,应采用柔性耐水腻子和弹性涂料;当饰面为面砖时,应采用柔性面砖粘结砂浆和勾缝砂浆进行施工。本体系均通过耐候性试验验证,使用年限可达 25 年以上,适用于不同气候区的混凝土和砌体等各种基层墙体。
Based on the JG158-2004 profession standard, the insulating layer of this system is plastered straightly on the surface of the outer wall, thereby the system is of no cavity. After that is the anti-crack and protection layer, which is compounded by the flexible anti-crack mortar to the alkali glass fiber net (painting, multicolored decoration mortar or flex tile finish) or the electric galvanized welding network (tile finish). TDL multicolored decoration mortar and TDL flex tile are or will be widely used to decorate the outer walls of this system, which are the best substitute of painting and tile. When the finish is painting, the flexible water-resistant putty and the elastic coating should be constructed; and When the finish is tile, the special-purpose flexibility caking mortar and filling mortar should be constructed. The service life of this system, confirmed by the strict experiment, may amount to above for 25 years , and the system is suitable for the different climatic regions and could be constructed on the surface of each kind of outer walls.
●系统由国家建筑材料工业房建材料质量监督检验测试中心根据 JG158-2004 标准进行了耐候性试验(中心编号 2006-Q-2426 ),结论为:试样经 80 次高温( 70 ℃ ) - 淋水( 15 ℃ )循环和 20 次加热( 50 ℃ ) - 冷冻( -20 ℃ )循环,未出现开裂、空鼓和脱落现象,拉伸粘结强度为 0.16MPa ,破坏位于保温层。试验表明本系统的使用寿命可达 25 年以上
● The weatherproofing property of TDL Rendering System is tested by NBMI Quality Test Center of House-making Material in accordance with profession standard JG158-2004. The test shows that the lifetime of TDL Rendering System is more than 25 years.
●系统组成产品均经过国家建筑材料工业房建材料质量监督检验测试中心的监督检验,产品质量稳定可靠(中心编号 2006-Q-2427 );抗冲击强度、耐冻融、水蒸气湿流密度、系统抗拉强度、耐磨损、吸水量、不透水性、饰面砖粘结强度等体系性能均满足 JG158-2004 标准要求(中心编号 2006-Q-2426 )。

The system performances such as anti-impact intensity, freezing and thawing bearing, steam ventilative density, system tensile strength, wear resistant, soakage, impermeability and tile caking intensity, meet the requirements stipulated by the JG158-2004 profession standard. |
