TDL External Thermal Insulation Composite System Based on Expanded Polystyrene
本系统执行 JG149-2003 标准，采用聚合物专用砂浆以点框结合粘结方法将聚苯板粘结于基墙上，然后在其表面涂抹聚合物专用砂浆铺压耐碱玻纤网布构成抗裂防护层。饰面为涂料时，聚苯板粘结面积不少于 40% ，应使用柔性耐水腻子和弹性涂料；饰面为面砖时，聚苯板粘结面积不少于 80% ，应采用专用面砖胶粘剂和勾缝砂浆进行施工。该系统适用于不同气候区的混凝土和砌体等各种新建建筑的基层墙体，也适合既有建筑的节能改造。
This system meets the related requirements of the professional standard JG149-2003. The basic construction procedure is as follows: firstly, with unique adhesion methods, to stick EPS board on the base by the adhesive mortar, secondly, to construct the protection mortar and press into the alkali-resisting glass fiber mesh to produce anti-crack and protection layer. Finally, when painting used as finishing layer, the area of EPS board should not be less than 40%, and the flex-waterproofing putty and the elastic painting should be used; when tile used as finishing layer, the area of EPS board should not be less than 80% and the special tile adhesive mortar and the joint filler should be applied. This system is suitable for wall base made of concretes and bricking-ups in different weather conditions and for the renovation of old buildings.
